It’s That Simple

Entrepreneurship is simple. Easy? Easier than you might believe, and as easy as you choose to make it.

Going back to a simple but powerful definition of “entrepreneur” goes a long ways toward explaining the aforementioned bold statement of simplicity:

An entrepreneur is someone who identifies the needs of people and, with courage conviction, and resourcefulness, connects those people with a means of fulfilling their needs.

It’s that simple. By this definition, there are a lot of entrepreneurs in this world – they just may not realize they are one! But in today more than ever, what we need are more entrepreneurs living by the definition above.

Every business has an impact on a life somewhere on this planet, no matter the size of the organization. Whether a soul proprietor with a bicycle repair shop in Taipei or the likes of Microsoft, someone somewhere receives value by or from the products (goods or services) provided. That business might as well be you!

What it means is the entrepreneur is the conduit between the need and the means to fulfill that need.

Entrepreneurs are a conduit of value from the source to the point of application. By the definition above, it does not necessarily mean they, the entrepreneur, are the originator, inventor, or owner of the means. Note the word “a” in the definition above, and then the word “resourcefulness.” What it means is the entrepreneur is the conduit between the need and the means to fulfill that need. It’s that simple.

In our 21st century world of rapidly evolving technology, culture, and economics, networked entrepreneurs are one of the most powerful resources for meeting the needs of a global population seeking to live more fully.

All that is needed is the desire to do so and but a glimmer of purpose and vision. It’s that simple.

The technology and platforms exist by which the majority of people on this planet can step into their natural state of entrepreneurship, and in so doing bring change, growth, and progress at a speed heretofore not experienced!

Those who are solo entrepreneurs are part of one of the most networked business platforms in the world, thereby harnessing powerful potential for massive impact. In our modern world, stepping into and prospering from solo entrepreneurship has become far easier than ever before. All that is needed is the desire to do so and but a glimmer of purpose and vision.
